Another weekend down

We had a pretty quiet, uneventful, weekend. We spent sometime at the park and the local springs. The water is ridiculously cold so we didn't attempt to venture out there. Although Kenzie was quite willing to try. In the above picture she was counting very enthusiastically. One. Two. Three. And she proceeds to jump, then subsequently fall into the mulch. Lovely.

I have a short work week. Kenzie was supposed to have ear tubes put in on Friday, but we've decided to hold off on those as she seems better. She's no longer complaining and the infection is gone. I am assuming her lack of paci over the last few weeks has helped in this area.

I'm 25 weeks pregnant with baby number 3. I feel HUGE this go around- but all is going well so far with the pregnancy. Baby sounds good- moves a lot- and we're all preparing for his arrival in early October!

A weekend of first

This weekend we FINALLY lost the paci. She did better than expected, though she's still asking for it. She was rewarded with a trip to Toys R Us where she picked out a new slide and a new baby doll. Today we went bowling for the first time. She had a BLAST and caught on really, really, quick. She had to sit down and roll the ball between her legs- but she had a fantastic time!!

She's scheduled for ear-tube surgery on July 2nd. A bit worried, but this should eliminate the constant ear infections.
